We wanted to reach out and let you know about upcoming improvements to the EMS Manager database scheduled for May 21, 2019, affecting options when entering practical and written examination results. These changes are required
to meet the recent updates to OAC 4765-8-05.
In order to deploy these improvements, the Division of EMS Course and Examination Administration System will be suspended on May 21, 2019, from 6:00 am until 1:00 pm for database upgrades. We ask that you please plan your test
schedules accordingly.
The May 21st rollout is the first step in a multiple step process of updating the EMS Manager Database to meet the new requirements. More information will be forthcoming prior to implementation explaining these improvements
in more detail.
