Good morning,
Kettering Health Network is nearing the completion of our ESO implementation with an anticipated “go-live” the first week of March. During this time our EMS Outreach team, the KHN ESO project team, and representatives from ESO will be on
site at our campuses to help support the first few days of operation and troubleshoot any issues.
As a reminder, will be deploying two ESO products to enhance the EMS experience:
Many agencies are already connected or in the process of coming online with ESO. We have scheduled two webinars for EMS agency leaders that may have questions, especially regarding TrackEMS since it is new to our region. Please feel free
to join us for either of these sessions as they will be identical in nature. The ESO team will lead with a short overview of the two systems and then open it up for questions and answers.
