On behalf of Emergency Support Function #8 – Public Health and Medical Services of the Ohio Emergency Operations Plan and the Division of State Fire Marshall, we ask that all agencies who provide EMS response complete the attached brief survey concerning PPE and workforce protection.  It is imperative that all agencies complete this survey no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, March 13, 2020.  This information is vital to evaluation and planning for potential future responses to patients who are under investigation or who may have signs or symptoms and risk factors for COVID-19.  Thank you for your time to provide this critical information as we work together during this health care crisis.
