Dextrose 50% is still unavailable in all packaging.  At this point D10 is available

Other important shortages are for many preparations of ketamine, lidocaine, midazolam, and our cardiac medications

For those of you with children, you should be aware that oral pediatric amoxicillin and some other pediatric medicines like ibuprofen and acetaminophen, are in shortage.
