The Ohio LAST/LODD team (Local Assistance State Team / Line of Duty Death) was formed in the mid 2000’s to serve Ohio’s Fire Service after a catastrophic grain elevator
explosion in North West Ohio
We serve all of Ohio First responders at no cost and an rely on donations to fund our operations
Currently we have one response trailer, with one set of loading steps, mourning Bunting and a practice casket.
The trailer was donated to us several years ago and has had many repairs and at this point the cost of repair will be more than the worth of the trailer itself.
The team decided to look for donations to be able to purchase two trailers and another set of Loading steps. This will allow us to strategically stage the duplicate
equipment in different parts of the state for a quicker response
Our goal is to raise $30,000.00 for this project If you are interested in donating, the information is listed below.
