Attached a copy of the CoR with proposed changes to be voted on by the membership at the September 22nd meeting.

Included changes are changes for consistency and grammar, additions to the Executive Committee (recent issues have required calling on past presidents for their assistance and expertise), change to title of Non-Voting Members, separating a new Apps Committee from the Website Committee, clarifying duties of the PR Committee, and adding a standing committee for issues related to violence against EMS and other public safety.
